If you (or your college athlete) are coming home for winter break, this is the perfect time to get stronger, faster, and ready to roll into next season with confidence. ๐ ๐
Weโre bringing back our College Holiday Break Special:
Unlimited Semi-Private Training from December 8thโJanuary 23rd (5 weeks) for $499.
Athletes can train up to 5 days per week, with a custom, individualized program based on their sport, position, goals, and training history. ๐๏ธโโ๏ธโก
Who itโs for:
- Current college athletes ๐
- Athletes in a post-grad year preparing to play in college ๐
We recommend morning or late-morning sessions (best training environment, less crowded), but afternoon training times are available as well. ๐
Baseball & Softball athletes:
- Can throw in the facility (I can provide a structured throwing program if needed) โพ๏ธ๐
- Can hit next door at Hitterโs Count for a separate fee ๐ฏ
๐ New to Skolfield Sports Performance?
Any athlete who has not trained with us before will need to complete an evaluation first so we can establish goals, review nutrition, address any injuries, test strength, speed, power, agility, mobility & flexibility so we can build the right program from day one. โ
